Returns

Returning your goods is simple. Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in good condition (ie a resaleable condition) for a refund for the price of the goods.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you have found another item you wish to exchange a product for, please return the original purchase to us, and we will gladly exchange the goods and send them out postage free. If you would like a refund, we will return the monies to you by the same method you originally paid by. When returning goods to us please write reason and request on the back of the invoice, wrap securely and send it back to our address listed below.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service as your insurance against loss / damage as we can't replace or refund an order until we recieve the goods back into strock.

Faulty Goods

If goods are thought to be faulty, please return them to our returns department at: Thorne Antiques & Collectables, Lansbury Avenue. Doncaster. DN11 0AL within 7 days of receiving the goods.

If the goods are found to be faulty, a refund, exchange or credit will be given according to the customer's wishes. Additionally a refund will be given on the postal charges incurred up to the value of £5 upon supplying the postage receipt.

Cancellation

Any customer has the right to cancel a product. If that product has already been despatched, then it can be returned to us (in re-saleable condition and in it's original box) and a refund, exchange or credit will be given according to the customer's wishes (excluding the package and postage costs.) If the customer wants to exchange the goods for an alternative, then this will be sent out package and postage free, using our normal 2-3 working days service.

Please note we suggest using Royal Mail recorded delivery at your local Post Office, to send the goods back to us. We can not accept responsibility for goods lost while in transit to us.

Please inform us before returning any goods and enclose the original receipt and your reason for the return.
